Processing / Shipping / Returns


Processing

Please allow 1-5 days for processing depending on the product. Vintage clothing typically ships within 1-2 business days. Prints will ship anywhere from 2-5 business days, depending on size/order/customizations. Any print over 11x14 is a custom order and will be printed on demand, therefore taking an additional 2-3 business days to arrive to our studio. Once checked for quality, it will be shipped out. This can happen with smaller sizes as well, depending on on-hand inventory.

Shipping

For vintage items and large prints, we are currently shipping with UPS Ground for standard shipping, flat rate of $7. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 1-5 days of receiving the shipment (this does not mean 1-5 days from placing your order, see processing times above).

For prints shipping in an envelope (8x10 and 11x14), we are shipping with USPS Priority Mail. This USPS option includes tracking and 2-3 business days for delivery.

As a small business, Bad Tourist cannot be held responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. 

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Bad Tourist.  If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Bad Tourist is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.

International Shipping

International shipping costs vary.

Bad Tourist uses DHL for most international shipping. Bad tourist is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc and it is not included in the shipping fee. The customer is responsible for all customs fees. 

Returns / Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on anything from the Vintage or Print shop. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at shopbadtourist@gmail.com.
